About our products:
Goebel offers consumers of all ages and style preferences a wide selection of collectible, gift and home décor products. Known primarily for porcelain product, Goebel has recently introduced decaled and colored glass gift and home décor items.
What is the value of my Goebel figurine(s)/products?

When it comes to a matter of value, you must remember the price is set by what the buyer is willing to pay and the seller is willing to accept.
How can I contact the factory for a visit behind the scenes?
Visitors can see Goebel artisans at work in a special demonstration area that has been set up at the factory. Additionally, sponsored trips are taken behind the scenes. The Information Center in Roedental is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to noon. For more information visit Pay us a Visit on M.I. Hummel Club.com.
We offer factory tours to all visitors on:
Tuesdays at 10.00 a.m.
Wednesdays at 1.00 p.m.
The fee is Ű 2.50 for Club Members and Ű 4.00 for non-Club Members.
How can I clean my figurines?
Place your figurine on a flat surface. Cover the air hole. Take a clean shaving or makeup brush and dip it in a solution of tepid water and mild soap such as baby shampoo. Gently brush over the body of the figurine. Rinse the figurine carefully by taking a soft cloth dipped in tepid water to remove the soap. Allow the figurine to air dry.
