Alphonse Mucha, who was born in Moravia in 1860 and died in Prague in 1939, is considered one of the most important representatives of Art Mouveau, especially because of his billboard art. Mucha studied in Munich, Vienna and Paris, where he was confronted with Art Nouveau.
